    • About Me

      Susan Cross

      My Story

Susan Cross helps people see the world in powerful new ways as a public relations professional of nearly 30 years, author, speaker, nature conservationist, and positive thinker.

She is the author of or contributor to four books, each an Amazon best seller.

Her first book, The Power of Disruption: A Memoir of Discovery, tells the story of her own journey of rediscovery after she nearly died when her appendix ruptured while vacationing on the remote Caribbean island of Dominica.

She has also co-authored, with her husband Jon Cross, Chapter 11 (Finding Your Zen: A Recipe for Natural Restoration No Matter Where You Live) in The Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing, Volume 2 by Laura Di Franco. In it, they share how their journey to restore their property to its rare native state has become a metaphor for living their lives with intention.

Susan is also the author of Chapter 17 (You Are Enough, and You Always Were) in Find Your Voice Save Your Life, by Dianna Leeder, where she details her show stopping near death experience.

In addition, Susan wrote Chapter 14 (Nature’s Recipe for Restoration: How to Cultivate the Authentic You) in the third installment of Anna Pereira’s international best-selling series The Wellness Universe Complete Guide to Self-Care, 25 Tools to Achieve Anything where she talks about using nature’s roadmap as a guide for personal achievement.

She lives in the rare habitat of The Oak Openings Region, which is located near Toledo, Ohio.

Scholars, artists, musicians, philosophers, and ordinary people have speculated about the meaning of time forever. It seems that time never just “is.” We tend to speak of time in terms of the future or the past.   We have too much time on our hands.   We don’t have enough time.   It...

Remember dinner theater? I can remember a time when guests would pay to eat a gourmet dinner while a theater troupe performed on stage. It was fun to go with a group of friends and support the local arts scene without breaking the bank. What if you could enjoy dinner theater from your own home?...
